The company was established in 1973 on the eve of the first world energy crisis. Through the joint and unfailing efforts of our employees, the company has successfully overcome two energy crises and economic depression and that achieved continuous growth each year. Now, after years of struggle, we have become one of the leading companies in Taiwan in the field of measuring instruments.

The forerunner of the company was the Instrument Department of Kainan Trading Co., Ltd., a renowned company in the field of electric appliance industry and agent of YOKOGAWA, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, the biggest instrument manufacturer in Japan. To promote business expansion and to meet the demand of management, the Instrument Department was separated in 1973 to be independent company named Kaizer Trading Co., Ltd., an affiliated enterprise of Kainan Trading Co., Ltd. Since then, the company has entered into the era of "KZT".

Since establishment, the company has greatly contributed to the technical development of our country by introducing the latest instruments and facilities to domestic manufactures and research institutes. The company shall make even greater efforts to improve service and efficiency so as to meet customer's requirements and to promote further business growth in the years ahead.
